2004.11.30 Why Does Adam Have a Painting of Morgan?

Okay, when they did the 2nd installment of "X-Play Presents... Stupid Fun with Soul Calibur" segment, where Adam was talking to the fictional viking princess, did anyone notice the small artwork with the likeness of Morgan Webb, sitting on the desk?

Picture of Morgan on Adam's Desk?

I know, Adam's a connoisseur in art and he knows good art when he sees it. That might also be Morgan's desk.

What did you all think of the show's closer with the three characters of Soul Calibur II releasing the flatulance? In the words of Morgan and Adam:

Adam: Anyhow, what's coming up next is really, really stupid. I mean really stupid.

Morgan: Yes, it is reall-- yeah, it is.

Adam: We're gonna laugh, you enjoy it.

Morgan: I ... I didn't have anything to do with it. Good night!

2004.11.29 Yahoo!Games in Korea

The Only Online X-Play Game

How wonderful -- looks like the Korean version of Yahoo! Games have the X-Play game listed as one of the game to play. Of course, this game is available on the "online games" section of this site.

It's just funny to see Yahoo!Games link to me instead of from G4Media. :)

2004.11.23 Grand Theft TechTV: G4 Media

In spirit of this entry's title, hear what Leo Laporte's [WMA format 5.3MB] take on the whole G4 Media firing and cancellation of Unscrewed and the restructuring of The Screen Savers.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Yes, I'm currently playing this game and only now have I ventured over to the city of San Fierro. A definite improvement from the its predecessors, a lot more customization in respect to your character physical development. Your character now has to eat (similar to Metal Gear Solid 3) and stay fit if you want to get far in the game.

One of the thing I've noticed and has becoming annoying in the game play is that when you close to your target and fire the weapon, while having a target lock, you shoot straight into the air. What's up with that?

I'm only completed about 25% of the game and chasing the courier from one city to the next or trying to intercept the courier, all I can say is "WOW" -- talk about 'needing to take a potty break during the long commutes.'.

Those that have played GTA:SA -- what do you like most about the game and what you do you hate most about the game?

2004.11.22 Tribes: Resurrected...

Is it me or does that hair style remind me of Signourney Weaver in Alien: Resurrection... mind you that Signourney Weaver isn't also that bad looking either.

Now, to the games at hand. I remember playing Tribes when the best part of playing Tribes was for the online-portion of the game and 64 simultaneous players was great for large scale skirmishes and battles. It was best when we would be utilizing the company's T3- accesses (during non-business hours) to play online.

2004.11.03 Morgan Webb Wins the Presidential 2004 Election!

Beat the drums! Beat the drums! George W. Bush has been re-elected as the President of the United States for another 4 years. That's right, Senator John Kerry has conceded but urges Bush to make an effort in uniting the country that's heavily divided.

Of course, if Morgan Webb had been running in the presidential election, I'm sure she would be supporting many issues that has plagued the country, one of which would be "STOP DEVELOPING CARD BATTLE GAMES!"

Optimus Prime for President 2k8!

Well, the IHMW site concluded the month of October 2004 with a record number of accesses and downloads since the site's been up and running, this was due in part to the Morgan Webb photoshoot on FHM.

The site saw a record 2,464,566 hits, with about 83,644,468 MB transferred from 53,507 unique sites. Wow -- that literally doubled the previous months in the number of sites accessing this site.
