• Written by Site Contributor - Highway

The cable television media, G4, came out with another spoof on the Apple iBox, a fictitious gaming console that supposedly knows your every want and need. Built on the idea of simplicity and functionality, the iBox basically has no wires, can instantly connect to any wireless device and has no openings for games, games are downloaded through iTunes ($0.99 per level). [OPENQUOTE]Makes you wonder...Has there been a situation before where four well established companies have gone head to head in a console war? The situation for the third party member (Debateable as to whether its Nintendo or Xbox, but I'm saying it's Nintendo) must be to stand out from the other two in terms of price and games. So what will the stance of this new fourth party member be? Be a head console like Sony and Microsoft? Or the one that stands out like Nintendo?[CLOSEQUOTE]
