Filter makes a return to the G4 programming line-up with a new host, Beth Ostrosky, scheduled to air on Saturday, June 3rd, 2006. You can currently find Beth Ostrosky writing her column on the magazine, FHM (For Him Magazine), giving advice to guys about girlfriends.

So, is it a coincidence that Beth Ostrosky is made a host for a G4 show and that she's on FHM, the same magazine that features Morgan Webb and her gaming tip column? Does G4 have some kind of partnership with FHM, you put Morgan on your magazine and we'll put Beth on our show? Hmmmm.

Maybe G4 just didn't like to go with the asian-flavored Filter of Diane Mizota? What do you think?

I, myself, would be interested in seeing the newly re-vamped Filter but if G4's track history of revamping shows for the better is of any indication, I'm sure what happens will anger the viewers of the old Filter. We can only wait till June 3rd and see.

It's also written that Beth will be appearing on Friday, May 12 during G4's live coverage of the 2006 E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) and make an appearance on AOTS on Friday, July 21 for a live coverage of the Comic-Con International in San Diego.

Yeeahh..I don't think FHM will be begging to G4 anytime soon. I think it's more or less G4 saying, "Hey! Your Howard Stern's girlfriend!" and offering her a job. She's also on Casino Cinema on Spike TV, but I never watch that.

I don't care about any other shows, I just want xplay to be back on at 11, because the only time that I can watch it. I dont watch any of the other crappy shows on xplay

It's gonna suck, Beth whatever her name is will most likely know little to nothing about the things that will be on the show, she's there for appearance only and isn't Diane Mizota hawaiian (editor: Diane Mizota is Japanese-American)

I think G4 should try and bring back more of its original programing instead of having old crap that has nothing to do with gaming.
